Through the depth of a worldwide organisation with experts across hundreds of disciplines, we help uncover and mitigate the many liabilities and human capital challenges our clients face today.We have a number of specialist teams working in the public sector, and currently act for approximately 35% of all metropolitan and district councils in the UK. In addition, we look after numerous police and fire authorities, housing providers, NHS trusts and educational establishments.
The development of our insurance schemes has kept pace with the ever-changing requirements of social housing, and we aim to meet and exceed these needs.
In turn, the management and marketing of tenants' contents schemes is an area where we are continually improving our knowledge and expertise, and therefore our service to you.
Our schemes now run in over 120 local authorities and housing organisations. We believe the success of our tenants' contents schemes is ultimately due to the strong affinity between the council or housing organisation and its tenants, coupled with our innovative marketing approach which has encouraged tenants to participate in large numbers.
Aon's approach is to provide expertise in key business areas. We have a dedicated tenants' contents insurance team which looks after all schemes in the UK, offering quality insurance to over 170,000 tenants.
Our expertise has grown year on year since the team was established and, helped by our association with organisations such as the Social Landlords Crime and Nuisance Group.
